The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC 2) showed another documentary on Lagos, last night (10th October 2010), titled law and disorder in Lagos. The presenter was Mr. Louis Theroux. For the benefit of those who have not watched it, I suggest you go to BBC iplayer web page and view it.  (http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00vcwfw/Louis_Theroux_Law_and_Disorder_in_Lagos/).

This is similar to their earlier documentary on Lagos titled; Welcome to Lagos, and another on Niger Delta (Blood and Oil). Each time these kinds of documentaries/films are shown, it reminds one of near lack of government in our country. Am also particularly worried, because I have not seen any concrete plan of action by those in authorities, to put Nigeria on track to recovery.

Things must change in Nigeria otherwise we are doomed. As Nigerians, we must think of what we as individuals or as groups can do (with or without government) to save Nigeria. I suggest we think of a project(s) to volunteer our time and resources to, in Nigeria. Time for action is now. Nigeria remains one and our only country. May God bless Nigeria.
