XXX Church founder, Craig Gross says that Jesus' love does not discriminate and that is why he loves porn stars too.
It is because of this message that one of the biggest names in the porn industry, Brittni Ruiz, found redemption in God, became a Christian, and changed her life for the better.
XXX Church was created in order to help people struggling with porn and sex addiction, and one of their efforts was to distribute "Jesus Loves Porn Stars" Bibles to people working in the industry.
Eight years ago, they met Brittni at the Las Vegas AVN Convention and handed her the Bible.
On the surface, Brittni seemed to have it all, said Gross. However, she struggled with a lot of emotional demons, such as insecurity and an eating disorder.
One of XXX Church's staff named Rachel really took interest in Brittni and established a friendship with her. "Year after year and convention after convention, Rachel sowed into this relationship with no expectations. Until seven years later when Brittni contacted us to let us know she had found Jesus!" Gross wrote in their website.
XXX Church hands out over 3,000 Bibles at each of the largest adult Sexpos all over the world, and they want to step up their game by including new stories, images, and a new featured Gospel (Luke) in the "Jesus Loves Porn Stars" Bible.
They created the "Donate Bibles" Campaign in order to raise $50,000 to produce the "Jesus Loves Porn Stars" Bibles. For every $5 donation made, they will be able to give away three Bibles.
"This small Bible with a slogan on it that seems so counterintuitive to so many was the trigger for a long-time relationship that resulted in a changed life. Brittni's life," said Gross. "You choose the level of giving, but know that whatever the gift size, you are paving the way for all the other Brittney out there."
