PHOTO: Fake Buhari’s certificate emerged amidst demand from Citizens

It’s been a hot potato topic in the news and mainstream media for weeks. Buhari’s certificate (or lack of it) that is.

In a bogus mail purported to come from the Army war college public affairs office, (a screen shot of which is reproduced above), a name claimed to be Carrol Kerr has affirmed that the Presidential candidate of the APC is a graduate of the Army War College class of 1980.
