NIGERIA: Hon Chidi Lloyd, Declared Wanted by Police Is Still Hiding

The Majority Leader of the State House of Assembly, Hon. Chidi Lloyd declared wanted by the Nigerian Police for attempted murder of Hon. Michael Chinda during the clash by lawmakers last week inside the Assembly chambers is still Hiding from the Police.

The state PPRO, Angela Agabe in a statement, said that the lawmaker failed to respond to the invitation extended to him by the police, prompting the command to declare him wanted.

POLICE RELEASE:::

“The Rivers State Police Command has declared wanted one Hon. Chidi Lloyd, a native of Emohua in Emohua Local Government Area of Rivers State about 37 years of age. He is the Majority Leader of Rivers State House of Assembly. He was involved in a case of conspiracy, attempted murder, wounding and wilful damage on the 9th of July 2013”.
