Alhaji Bamanga TukurJustice S.B. Belgore of the Federal Capital Territory in the Abuja Judicial Division has reserved ruling  till July 25 2013 on the injunction by three members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to restrain Alhaji Bamanga Tukur from parading himself as national chairman of the party.

This was the outcome of the motion on notice filed by Abba Yale, Yahaya Aruwa Sule and Bashir Maidugu who are contending the June 20 2013 decision of the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the PDP to appoint members of the Interim National Working Committee is undemocratic.
