Rochas OkorochaThe Imo State Commissioner for Information, Culture and Tourism, Mr.Chinedu Offor has issued the following statement on Governor Rochas Okorocha’s health. A copy of the statement which was made available to our news agency  read thus:”His Excellency, Owelle Rochas Okorocha has just completed his scan . His doctor’s announced that there is no internal bleeding, no fracture of the skull, no swelling, no vision problems of the sight .?

The head is still a bit sore but he just needs to rest his health. His Excellency genuinely appreciates the prayers and concerns of all Nigerians and Imolites. He says that he would be back soon to the Country to continue his work.”- Offor said. It may be recalled that yesterday (Friday April 19th) Governor Rochas Okorocha sustained minor head injuries in a motor accident along Owerri-Orlu road.

The Governor was first treated at St.Mary’s Children & Community Hospital, Umuowa after which he was flown abroad for further examination.

UPDATE: Latest information reaching Codewit.com confirm that Gov.Okorocha has been discharged from Hospital. He will continue further treatment as an outpatient.
