We were minding our business here on celebrating the miraculous re-appearance of Governor Sullivan Chime when an aide to one of the Governors pictured with the ailing Governor reached out with some information.
In the well circulated picture , the general public was made to believe that Governor Suswam, Governor Rotimi and Governor Akpabio paid a visit to the Governor in London and posed for a picture afterwards.
It might interest you to know that Governor Amaechi has been in the United States for a few and only left on Monday afternoon. At the time this picture was “taken”, he was still on American soil.
Governor Suswam on his own part was also in the United States to receive an award to the Martin Luther King center in Atlanta. He arrived Washington DC in time to attend the inaugural ceremonies and was lodged at the Mandarin Hotel in Washington D.C . Checks by Southeastnigeria.com confirmed that Suswam checked out of his hotel on Monday afternoon to catch an evening flight to meet up with the President. According to this source, Gov.Suswam NEVER STEPPED FOOT IN LONDON neither was any of his flights ROUTED THROUGH LONDON.
It was also confirmed that Governor Akpabio in Washington D.C to attend the Second Inauguration of U.S President Barack Obama on Monday.
Meanwhile, it was reported yesterday that Gov. Chime was seen accompanied by a female aide, Chime at No 9 Harley Street clinic in Central London where he met with an ENT Specialist.
The Guardian said they watched from a distance of about 10 metres as Gov.Chime covered himself from the freezing cold with a long unbuttoned woolen coat and a grey woolen hat that covered his face, pressed the clinic’s buzzer to be let in. The report also said he was dressed in dark trousers with a pink stripped shirt. Why there was no picture to validate the report – only God knows so we have decided to pocket our questions .
Thank you Lord once again for the miraculous re-appearance of our darling Enugu State Governor was went into a coma on Dec.15TH and was feared for dead. We also thank the Enugu State Government for releasing this undated picture to the general public. It will be wonderful to see a video footage of the Governor too.
