President Buhari arrives U.S ahead of meeting with Obama

Ahead of his scheduled meeting with the President of the United States of America, Barack Obama, Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari has landed in the country.

The president, who jetted out of the country early on Sunday morning, July 19, 2015 with a 33-man delegation arrived the Joint Base Andrews Int'l Airport, Washington DC at about 9:48PM Nigerian time.

Buhari is scheduled to stay at The Blair House, the official state guest house of the U.S President during his stay in the country.

Shehu Garba, the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, confirmed this with a tweet from his official handle.
