President Muhammadu Buhari today, June 23, 2015, held a meeting with the governors of Nigeria’s 36 states.
The meeting held at the Presidential Villa in Abuja and one of the issues discussed was the salaries being owed workers by some of the states.
The governors agreed to forego a planned financial bailout by the Federal Government and will instead receive refunds of monies spent by them to execute FG projects in their various states.
