He said: “Investigation began on June 27, 2013, after the victim was robbed of his two vehicles and other valuables. The matter was later transferred to FSARS and they swung into action.
But in a swift reaction, Governor Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti State denied ever knowing any such person, let none being his Executive Assistant.
Fayemi who expressed shock at the claim discussed it as a political story, exclaiming, ‘ whose aide? What a joke? I have no aide so called.
But Mba insisted that the statement was voluntarily made by the suspect even though according to Mba the suspect admitted that he had never worked closely with Governor Fayemi.”
