Fake Rev. Fr. Who Impersonates Ebube Muonso Nabbed By Church Vigilante Operatives

A thirty year old man, Peter Eze from Umunze in Orumba South Local Government Area of Anambra State has been arrested by a local Church vigilante in Awada, Obosi.
The man who claimed to be a Catholic priest by name, Fr. Paul disclosed that he was an ex- seminarian who wanted to succeed in life, but to no avail.
However, the fake Catholic Priest who was clothed in his white suntan at the time of the arrest at S-S John & Paul Catholic Parish, Iba Pope, Awada coincided with the visit of the Archbishop of Onitsha Archdiocese, Most Rev. Valerian Okeke to mark the 32nd anniversary of the visit of late Pope John Paul II to the land.
The suspect the reporter  gathered had been in the habit of impersonating the popular and spiritual Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Obimma (Ebube MuoNso) of Holy Ghost Adoration Ministry, Uke because of his spiritual power and as such had duped about four women N300,000 each for offer spiritual assistance to them.
Narrating how he duped the women who were also present at the church premises, the suspect, Peter Eze said that he first met the women in a Church while he was wearing a suntan and sensing that they were desperate to see Fr. Obimma ( Ebube Muo Nso) told them at different locations that he was the personal Assistant to the spiritual priest and urged them to go home after picking their telephone numbers.
According to the fake Catholic priest, when he reached home he removed his personal sim card and slotted another one which he sent the number to the unsuspecting women.
He confessed that each time the women called the line he would pretend to be Fr. Obimma and began to say Prayers and prophesying to about  their families and businesses.
The suspect noted that the women were always in the habit of calling when they gained his trust and he began to demand some money varying between N200,000 and N300,000 which they hurriedly paid into his account.
However, realizing that the Arch bishop would be visiting Iba pope on a pastoral visit, he urged them to visit the church with some gifts for the religious leader.
It was when the women were individually presenting their gifts of wrappers and envelopes filled with cash that one of the clerics who suspected a foul play asked him some relevant questions which he was unable to respond that suspicion mounted over the suspect’s claim.
