Jumare: Jonathan Sends Condolence Letter to Conference

President Goodluck Jonathan yesterday sent a condolence letter to the Secretariat of the National Conference, expressing deep shock over the news of the death of Professor Mohammed Jumare, a delegate to the conference who died on Monday May 5, 2014.
 
The letter, signed by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Senator Anyim Pius Anyim, yesterday,  was addressed to the Chairman, Justice Idris Legbo Kutigi. 
 
Part of the letter read:  President Goodluck Jonathan,  conveys to you and the entire National Conference delegates, his deepest condolences on the passing on of this illustrious patriot and distinguished academic while serving his father land. 
 
"Professor Mohammed Jumare was a focussed and distinguished academician who had rendered selfless services to this nation in the field of education and public administration".
 
"I therefore, urge you to be comforted by his worthy legacies which include unblemished record of public service and the inspiring achievements he left behind which will remain indelible".
 
"I pray that God in his infinite mercy will grant his soul a positive repose and give you, the members of his family, the Government and good people of Kaduna State, the fortitude to bear this loss.  Amen".
