The dire need for Visionary Leadership at all spheres of human existence was again advocated for at the Shaltha Emmanuel Leadership Initiative’s book launch held at Rockview Hotel, in Festac- Lagos, recently.

According to the Author and Convener, Mr. Emmanuel Shaltha, visionary leadership is based on balanced expression of spiritual, mental, emotional, political, social and physical dimension. Also, it requires core values, clear vision, empowering relationships and innovative actions. He condemned the unfortunate death of some of the Nigeria Immigration Service applicant during the recruitment exercise and blamed it on poor leadership. The Shaltha Emmanuel Visionary Leadership Initiative which mission is “sensitizing & promoting ‘success’ and paradigm to rehabilitate and transform our generation” has the vision of heralding a NEW DAWN at continental, community and individual levels.

The event attracted people from all walks of life including Dr. S. E. Bassey, the book reviewer; Mr. Jola Ogulusi, the Chairman, Festac Town Resident Association, who served as the Special guest of honor with several other organizations who were on ground on different capacities.
