MAIDUGURI — The Catholic Bishop of Maiduguri Diocese, Most Reverend Oliver Doeme, yesterday, blamed the Boko Haram crisis ravaging the North Eastern part of the country, especially Borno, Yobe and Adamawa states on the high level of corruption in the country.
