Ahead of the December 4 deadline given by the Federal Government to the Academic Staff of University Unions (ASUU) to call off their strike and resume work,

The Presidency Sunday said that the federal government will do all that is necessary to ensure that public universities are re-opened   for academic activities on  Wednesday.

The  Senior Special Assistant to the President on Public Affairs, Dr. Doyin Okupe,  at a press conference said, “The President will do the needful to ensure that the universities are opened on Wednesday.
