Recently, a Texas mother was leaving a shopping center when she was attacked by two strangers, who attempted to grab her purse from their car and ended up dragging her down the lot. Luckily, a good Samaritan who witnessed the incident was brave enough to intervene.
Reportedly, the witness pulled a concealed carry weapon on the criminals and stopped the incident from going any further.
Brenda Vasquez witnessed the entire incident, and reported to KHOU tv, “This lady opens her car door, grabs the woman’s purse and they reverse. While they’re trying to reverse, the lady is holding on to her purse still, chasing them all the way to the middle.”
“And that good Samaritan came out, drew his weapon and scared them,” Vasquez continued. “And that’s when he pulled them out of the car.”
The man was able to keep the robbers at gunpoint until police arrived on the scene.
