Kim Kardashian has been deep in hiding since giving birth to her daughter North West but RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that people around her feel like that’s because she is being controlled by Kanye West.
 
The 32-year-old new mom is reveling in the joy of motherhood with her baby daddy, but a source close to Kim says Kanye is in charge now.
 
“Kanye wants to make sure that every single aspect of Kim’s life is now handled the way he wants it to be,” the source said.
 
“He is controlling everything from her wardrobe to business choices and it’s definitely a change for Kim, who has always relied on her mother to take care of her. A lot of what Kim does now is dictated by Kanye.”
 
Kim and Kanye have been living in Kris Jenner’s house since the birth of their daughter but as Kim is adjusting to her new role as “mommy” she is struggling with managing the rest of her life.
 
With the NY Post report that Kim has taken a hiatus from her long-time publicist, the source said this isn’t a surprise.
 
“This is just another way Kanye is asserting his control over Kim and trying to make sure she follows his lead in everything instead of what her own mother has always done, which is completely expose every aspect of her life to the public for money.
 
“Kanye is different.  He isn’t a reality star and he doesn’t want Kim to be so public with their personal lives anymore.”

Just three weeks after Star magazine revealed her husband, Lamar Odom, had a yearlong affair with 29-year-old Jennifer Richardson, another bombshell has dropped: She wasn’t the only one!
 
Gorgeous brunette lawyer Polina Polonsky tells the magazine, on newsstands Wednesday, that she had a six-week affair with Lamar, 33, earlier this summer.
 
What’s more, RadarOnline.com has learned she even passed a polygraph test regarding the claims!
 
Polina alleges that she and Lamar first met on June 2 at L.A.’s Roosevelt Hotel and according to her, the NBA star had been living at the plush hotel for a week, at that point, as his marriage struggled.
 
“I was under the impression that he had left Khloe, and that’s why he was living at the Roosevelt,” she explains. “He acted completely available and we definitely had a mutual attraction.”
 
Their flirtation escalated during meetups at the Roosevelt over the next week, and by June 9, they had their first kiss.
 
On June 13, they consummated their relationship at Polina’s apartment, she claimed.

“After we had sex, Lamar stayed the night with me,” Polina told Star. “The next day we went back to the Roosevelt. I stayed there with him for the next couple of nights.”
 
It wasn’t long, Polina says, until Khloe found out. And she was not happy.
 
On June 21, while Polina was at her apartment, Khloe and her momager Kris Jenner allegedly stormed the Roosevelt to confront Lamar and his lover!
 
According to Polina, Lamar told her that, while looking for him, Khloe and Kris banged on the door of the wrong room. When there was no answer, she claims, outraged Khloe even broke the door in!
 
Lamar, disgusted by Khloe’s behavior, went to stay with Polina on June 22, she says, and stayed there almost every night until July 8.
 
But even that hideaway offered no respite from Khloe’s rage, claims Polina.
 
On June 25, Polina says, Khloe and Kris showed up yet again. “I couldn’t believe they found where I lived and came to my apartment!” Polina explains. “They were knocking on the door, but Lamar refused to answer …”

The last charge involved a lawyer who claims that Khloe "punched" her when she caught Lamar and her in the bad. Cory Booker wins Senate primary in New Jersey

Newark Mayor Cory Booker moved a step closer to becoming New Jersey's first African-American U.S. senator Tuesday when voters gave him a wide victory in the Democratic primary.
 
Booker will face Republican Steve Lonegan, former mayor of Bogota, N.J., in a special election Oct. 16.
 
Lonegan, who was state director of the conservative group Americans for Prosperity, won his Republican primary Tuesday against physician Alieta Eck.
 
Turnout was low for the election , to fill the seat of the late Democratic senator Frank Lautenberg, who died in June at age 89.
 
Booker told his supporters Tuesday night after he was declared the winner, "If you want someone in Washington who plays by the same old rules, find someone else. I'm going to the Senate the same way I came to Newark, determined to be a positive force … to be innovative, to be creative, to do what's necessary to create progress.''
 
Lonegan, in his fiery victory speech in Secaucus, N.J., blasted Booker as a candidate "anointed by Hollywood" and the top choice of "Silicon Valley moguls" who want to make him California's third U.S. senator.
 
Booker leveraged his national name into prodigious fundraising. With the help of such friends as Oprah Winfrey and Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, he brought in more than $8.6 million, well ahead of his rivals. Booker defeated two members of New Jersey's congressional delegation, Reps. Frank Pallone and Rush Holt, as well as Assembly Speaker Sheila Oliver.
 
Booker, 44, argued that his high profile would allow him to be more effective in Washington. "I find ways to break through the noise of the country and more effectively advocate and get things done," he told the Asbury Park Press last month.
 
He was the front-runner from the moment he indicated in December that he wanted to run — even before Lautenberg declared whether he intended to seek re-election. Lautenberg ultimately said he would not run, then died in June, setting up the special election.
 
Booker's choice to run for the Senate disappointed some Democrats who hoped he would challenge popular Republican Gov. Chris Christie, who is up for re-election in November.

Nwankwo Kanu loses N1.4billion to manager of his hotel

kanu-nwankwo Nigeria’s football star, Nwankwo Kanu has lost N1.4 billion in his hotel business and the Managing Director of the hotel, Mr. Ayoola Gam Ikon, 49, has been arrested and charged to court for the alleged fraud.
 
Operatives of the Inspector General of Police Monitoring Unit arrested Ikon, the managing director of Hardley Suites Limited situated at Waziri Ibrahim Crescent, off Elsie Femi Pearse Street, Victoria Island, Lagos southwest Nigeria, for allegedly stealing the N1.4 billion belonging to the hotel and suites owned by Kanu.
 
Also arrested along with him over the alleged fraud is a hotel staff, Oke Samuel.
 
They were arraigned before an Igbosere Magistrate’s court on a 19-count charge of felony to wit, obtaining money under false pretence.
 
The police alleged in charge suit No. K/8/2013 that Ikon was arrested following a complaint by the management of Hardley Suites Limited, Nwankwo Kanu and Ogbonna Kanu, that Ikon between 2005 and 2012 allegedly defrauded them of the sum of about N1.4 billion on the pretence of using the money to expand the existing facilities of the hotel by constructing and furnishing of additional blocks of 30 suites and conference facilities, but he allegedly failed to use the money for the purpose and allegedly converted the money to his personal use.
 
He was also alleged to have forged a special resolution purportedly made by the board of directors of Hardley Suites Limited to obtain loans of N187 million, N50 million and N493 million from Skye Bank Plc without authorization.
 
The offences, the accused allegedly committed, according to the prosecutor A.M. Animashaun, contravenes sections 8 (a) 1 (a) of the advanced fee fraud and other fraud related offences Act 2006 as applicable in Lagos State.
 
The accused pleaded not guilty to all the charges.
 
The prosecutor presented before the court an application for the remand of the accused persons in prison custody pending advice from the office of the directorate of public prosecution, DPP, because the lower court lacks the jurisdiction to try the matter.
 
But the Chief Magistrate, Mrs. O.O. Oshin overruled him with legal facts after quoting copiously from several sections of the criminal justice administration laws of Lagos State to buttress her claim that the court has the jurisdiction to hear and admit the accused to bail.
 
She admitted the first defendant to bail in the sum of N1 million with two sureties in like sum.
 
One of the sureties must be the defendant himself, the other should be a civil servant on level 16.
 
She also admitted the second defendant to bail in the sum of N500,000, with two sureties in like sum. One of the sureties must be a level 16 civil servant while the other must be working with a reputable company.
 
She adjourned the matter till 4 April, 2013 for mention.
 
The defendants were, however, moved to Ikoyi Prison, Lagos pending when they would fulfil the bail conditions. [PM News]

For those of you that just started watching Nollywood Movies, I have been around, even though I left Nigeria when I was just about to hit the actual Stardom and Transformed to AfroCandy.

When I was in Nollywood, Ini Edo had not even a Bicycle and I drove her to the Locations twice I worked with her, Mercy Johnson was still running around looking for waka pass to play, Now that I came back in full force to take back my position most of you are mad. Judge Orders Mom To Change Name Of Child From Messiah

A Tennessee judge has ordered a baby's first name changed from "Messiah" to Martin, saying that the only true messiah is Jesus Christ, a ruling the boy's mother promises to appeal, a Tennessee television station has reported.
 
"The word 'messiah' is a title, and it's a title that has only been earned by one person, and that one person is Jesus Christ. And the child would likely struggle with his given first name because he lives in Cocke County, a predominantly Christian area in eastern Tennessee", the Judge said.
 
The baby's mother Jaleesa Martin said she would appeal against the judge's order.
 
"I didn't think a judge could change my baby's name because of her religious beliefs," she said.
 
According to her, she chose the name because she liked how it sounded with her two other children's names, Micah and Mason and not because of its religious beliefs.

Asiana offers $10,000 to survivors of July crash

SEOUL, South Korea (AP) — Asiana Airlines Inc. has offered $10,000 to each of the 288 surviving passengers of the flight that crash landed in San Francisco last month.
 
Asiana spokeswoman Lee Hyomin said Tuesday the payout is not a settlement and accepting the money does not prevent passengers from suing the airline.
 
The Asiana Boeing 777 landed short of the runway on July 6, killing three passengers and injuring dozens.
 
Lee said Asiana has already made payments to the families of three passengers who were killed. She did not know the amount.
 
A mother of one passenger said an Asiana manager contacted the family by telephone last week offering $10,000. The family declined because the offer wasn't made in writing and they feared accepting the payment would bar lawsuits.
