THE HAGUE, Netherlands – The Sham International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants for Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi, his son and his intelligence chief for crimes against humanity in the early days of their struggle to cling to power. What an unjust and unfair world. These institutions(UN, ICC)  should be abolished immediately because they are only there to serve the western agenda. What about President Bush actions against Iraqis civilians. What about the Syrian President? What about Yemeni Govt? What about Tony Blair. It is now very obvious that this so called criminal court is not for justice but an institution to target influential Africans. As we speak, NATO is killing civilians in Libya and is supported by UK, France and American Presidents. So are they free from commiting crimes against humanity. What we previously thought was a Un resolutions 1973 to protect civilians, has metamophosized to a regime change. The bombardment of the City of Tripoli and killing civilians is no more within the UN resolution.

What is this world turning into? With NATO Vicious airstrikes for 90 days, several attempt to kill Gaddafi  and killing of hundreds  civilians to get at Gaddafi; they have seen that Libyan people are still solidly behind their leader and It may not be possible to kill Gadaffi as easily as they ever thought.  So they are looking for another alternatives to fulfilling the regime change agenda. You can see they are up again for another game since they were not able to assassinate him as they have planned.· What an unjust world. As always, they will bring an African person in front to be the speaker to avoid people understand their game. Africans wake up. Stop allowing yourself to be used

We know what is happening in Syrain, Yemen , North Korea, China and so on. We also know many living dictators, leaders in the world that were supposed to have been tried in such criminal court if it were to be what it is called. But such can never happen. With all that is happening in Libya, It is clear and obvious that UN and such International  Criminal court are just sham institutions to serve the West. African leaders and people should wake up. You need to think again. Why are you still part of this institutions that are grossly mistreating you and at the same time claiming to be protecting you. An institution that serves only the western interest and protecting the Imperilaistic spirit.

Imagine a leader(US) who connived with other leader(UK) in 2002. Lied to the world. Invaded a country. Killed their leader. Killed and displaced millions of Civilians. Occupied the country. And came out free and praised and still stand tall as envoys, representatives  and great leaders just because they are white and from US and UK. What did this sham ICC do. Did this sham institution ever mentioned that crime against humanity Iraqi people…. NO… But see a man that is protecting his government against terrorists, He is now viciously sought for by the ICC just because This trio country said so. Africa, you need to pull out now. Stop serving partial gods that will curse you at any disposable opportunity.·

As the news emerged today. They so Judges announced Monday that Gadhafi is wanted for orchestrating the killing, injuring, arrest and imprisonment of hundreds of civilians during the first 12 days of an uprising to topple him from power after more than four decades, and for trying to cover up the alleged crimes. Does this charges ring any bell to you. Don’t we have countries in this world that have done that. What about the treatment of Blacks in the 1960’s. Have they call and tried those who did commit real crimes.
Africa should react immediately against this warrants· which will turn Gadhafi, his son Seif al-Islam Gadhafi and intelligence chief Abdullah al-Sanoussi into internationally wanted suspects, potentially complicating any efforts to mediate an end to more than four months of intense fighting in the North African nation.

Libyan officials rejected the court’s authority even before the decision was read in a Hague courtroom, claiming the court had unfairly targeted Africans while ignoring what they called crimes committed by NATO in Afghanistan, Iraq “and in Libya now.”
“The ICC has no legitimacy whatsoever. We will deal with it. … All of its activities are directed at African leaders,” government spokesman Moussa Ibrahim told reporters Sunday.
Monageng said evidence presented by prosecutors showed that following popular uprisings in Tunisia and Egypt, Gadhafi and his inner circle plotted a “state policy … aimed at deterring and quelling by any means — including by the use of lethal force — the demonstrations by civilians against the regime.”

She said it was impossible to put an exact number on the casualties, but said Gadhafi’s security forces likely “killed and injured as well as arrested and imprisoned hundreds of civilians.”
Prosecutors at the court said the three suspects should be arrested quickly “to prevent them covering up ongoing crimes and committing new crimes.”

“This is the only way to protect civilians in Libya,” said the statement from the office of Chief Prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo.
Shortly before the court announced the warrants, French President Nicolas Sarkozy reiterated his call for Gadhafi to step down.
“After 41 years of dictatorship, it is perhaps time to stop, for him to leave power,” he told a news conference in Paris. “Mr. Gadhafi knows perfectly well what he must do for peace to return. It only depends on him.”
In Tripoli, two loud explosions shook the area near Gadhafi’s compound Monday. NATO jets were heard over the Libyan capital minutes after the blasts as sirens from emergency vehicles blared in the streets.

The thunderous late-morning blasts were felt at a hotel where foreign journalists stay in Tripoli.
Smoke rose from the area near Gadhafi’s Bab al-Aziziya complex, where Libyans hold daily rallies in support of the government. Gadhafi is not believed to be staying in the compound.

It wasn’t immediately clear what was hit or if there were civilian casualties.
A coalition including France, Britain and the United States began striking Gadhafi’s forces against the United Nations resolution to protect civilians on March 19. which was originally to impose a no fly zone. NATO assumed control of the air campaign over Libya on March 31 and since then have been bombing the cities and killing of thousands of civilians that the media refuses to report
