WENDALL Parson outvoted compatriot Vimbai Mutinhiri as Zimbabwe’s two representatives in the Big Brother Africa TV show survived eviction on Sunday.
Vimbai had already survived two evictions before Sunday, but it was virgin territory for Wendall – Big Brother Africa’s first white contestant.
When the votes were counted, Wendall beat Vimbai to the Zimbabwe vote. He was also popular in Namibia and Zambia, while Vimbai picked up one country vote from Tanzania.
Malawi’s Felicia Ngoma got the boot after getting the lowest number of votes. Her compatriot Lomwe beat her to the country vote, while also getting the backing of Mozambique.
Of the other nominated housemates, Zeus was comfortably kept inside after winning Botswana and South Africa. Sharon (Uganda) and Millicent (Kenya) also survived with their country votes.
Vimbai is immune from eviction this week after once again being named head of house with the added incentive of the previously-divided Tails and Heads houses now merged again.
