Never have I felt compelled to take upon my self, the responsibility of motivating and reaching out to Nigerians in promoting thoughts which are needed to awaken the dormant giant, Nigeria(inactive but capable of becoming active) and her equally oriented youths.

It’s no longer news that Nigeria is a nation blessed with abudnant human and natural resources. In reality none of these reflects upon the life of an average Nigerian, who will continue with the usual ”suffering and smiling’’ way of life unless we stand up and fight for whats ours. It is true that persistent pain constantly becomes painful pleasure so long we pay minimal price. How long, as Nigerians should we continue to tolerate undesired, self-centered, incompetent and selected rulers? Aint we tired of a dull lackluster life?

The time to act is now! A stich in time saves nine. We have to make change on who should represent us come 2011. I supposed we have learned our lessons as youths by now and shouldn’t allow our country to become a mega flop as it is consistently becoming ridicule among several other African Nations- It is Ghana today, you don’t want us get slammed by Cameroun or even Benin or Sudan, yeees!… Giant of Africa? I don’t clamour. That sums it all up. Thanks to President Umaru Yar’aslow and his kitchen cabinet.

Ok! It’s not all doom and gloom however. They might have seized our monies; resources, deprive us of the necessities of life or healthful environmental influences (you and I know all this things so I wont discuss the pros and cons of the issue) but they couldn’t steal our voices. I believe the most desirable asset any human could posses is that which he came into this world with- human resources. Nigerians are known world over to thrive exceedingly in their chosen careers which could be academic, social, religious, sports, entertainments, et cetera. I have to justify the afore-written facts by stating a couple of examples: Sanya Ojikutu, a Nigerian in Maryland, USA, who recently developed ShareBuds MXâ„¢ Twin Stereo Earphones, designed to offer a fun, easy and superior way for two people to listen to and share their favorite playlist together on an iPod or Mp3 player .Another is Philip Emeagwali(aka the father of internet), the unsung hero behind the internet, voted history’s 35th greatest African. Mate stop dreaming, thats just the few ones you might know. You probably haven’t heard of the Nigerian behind British enegry, so go figure. Its no news that our own Nollywood is the 3rd largest film industry in the world, or haven’t you heard that P Square are ruling the entire African continent like a cyclone, storming every city in a do me I do you style and now on the verge of turning America up side down?…

Yes! the lack of infrastructural development, embedded corruption, failure at a decent scale of electricity generation, lack of water and a dire need of capable Nigerians to lead the nation prompted me to humbly yearn on behalf of a man who obviously wont leave no stone unturned if afforded a rare opportunity to lead our great nation with the yearnings and aspirations of Nigerians at his heart, to our desired destination.
